Personal Training

We get to know you what you really want, understand your lifestyle goals, and build a fitness and nutrition plan to meet them. It could be as simple as a push up or preparing for a triathlon.  We provide and focus on movement, mobility, weight loss, strength & conditioning, form & technique, endurance, and resilience.

Boxing Training

Work with all levels and ages 5yrs and up. Expect a mix of cardiovascular workouts, such as running or skipping rope; strength training exercises and skill drills that involve shadow boxing, bag work, and sparring.

Dancing Training
